About the Journal

Neotech: Journal of Information Technology Innovation is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, and case studies across Information Technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science (DS), Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), and other emerging technologies. Neotech bridges theory and practice to advance innovative, technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges.

Open Access Policy

All content is freely available immediately upon publication to maximize the global exchange of knowledge. Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). This permits sharing and adaptation for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given and derivatives are distributed under the same terms. Focus and Scope

Neotech welcomes submissions in (but not limited to) AI/ML/DL, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science and Analytics, IoT and Edge Computing, Cybersecurity & Privacy, Software Engineering & Information Systems, HCI/UX, Blockchain, VR/AR, Robotics, and Smart Systems. Interdisciplinary work that integrates multiple IT domains is strongly encouraged. Details: Focus and Scope.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published on a bi-annual schedule with regular issues in June and December. Special Issues on emerging IT themes may be announced. See: Publication Frequency.

History

Established in 2025, Neotech is part of the Neojournal Series and is published by Torkata Research to support high-quality scholarship in information technology innovation. The journal is overseen by an Editorial Board of academics and practitioners. See: Editorial Board.

Author Fees (APC)

Submission: Free.
Publication (APC): IDR 200,000 payable only upon acceptance. Articles by international contributors or manuscripts deemed highly innovative/impactful may receive a discount or waiver. Requests can be made via the Contact page. Details: Author Fees.
